Persistent onshore flow from the Pacific and marine-layer clouds are expected to moderate daytime heating, keeping highs near or slightly below the 1991–2020 climatological average of 72.6 °F. Light southerly winds and possible drizzle may further suppress maxima, while any clearing could allow brief warming toward 74 °F. Ensemble spread remains modest, with resolution hinging on the exact timing of cloud break-up and boundary-layer mixing on the day itself.
