Dan Added, the top seed and highest-ranked player in the M25 Martos draw with an ATP ranking near 230, faces Spanish qualifier Samuel De Felipe Garcia in the round of 16. Added brings greater professional experience and a stronger recent ATP-level resume to the clay-court matchup, while De Felipe Garcia has posted solid ITF results locally by advancing through qualifying with straight-set wins. The surface favors baseline consistency and endurance, areas where Added’s higher ranking typically provides an edge, though De Felipe Garcia’s home-country familiarity and recent match play could influence early-set dynamics in this lower-tier professional event.
