This market will resolve to “Over” if 22 or more players listed as freshman in their most recent NCAA season are selected in the 2026 NBA Draft. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “Under”. If the draft concludes early, is shortened, or is truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available NBA information for the completed picks. If the 2026 NBA Draft is canceled, postponed or not completed by July 9, 2026, this market will resolve to "50-50". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NBA. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026 NBA Draft's freshman total sits near the 21.5 line because an unusually strong one-and-done class—headlined by prospects like AJ Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson, Cameron Boozer, and Caleb Wilson—projects for roughly a dozen early-to-mid first-round selections, while additional underclassmen such as Keaton Wagler, Darius Acuff Jr., and Mikel Brown Jr. populate the back half. This is offset by a deep pool of sophomores, international prospects, and upperclassmen expected to claim the remaining 35–40 spots, producing the current near-even trader consensus. Pre-draft workouts, combine measurements, and final mock alignments over the past week have kept projections stable, with no major slides or surges among borderline freshmen. A cluster of strong late first-round or second-round showings by additional one-year college players could push the total over, whereas any late withdrawals, medical flags, or preference for more experienced roster fits among teams would favor the under.
