James Wade enters this World Series of Darts matchup as the clear favorite, with traders pricing his implied win probability at 62 percent based on his proven track record and recent form. The 11-time major winner has posted strong results throughout 2026, including convincing victories in Players Championship events and a dominant run at the New Zealand Darts Masters. In contrast, Australian qualifier Tim Pusey brings limited top-tier experience and has struggled against established PDC talent in recent appearances, such as an early exit at the 2026 World Darts Championship. Wade’s consistency on various surfaces, combined with his head-to-head edge in high-stakes encounters, underpins the market consensus while leaving room for Pusey’s home-nation motivation to influence an upset.
