Arema opened the campaign with a dominant 4-0 win over promoted side Isenmulang Kalteng FC, though defender Alfeandra Dewangga faces a precautionary medical check after a heavy collision. PSM, meanwhile, fell 1-3 to Persib Bandung after leading at halftime, highlighting vulnerability in sustaining leads. Historical head-to-head results show frequent swings in the second half, with neither side establishing consistent dominance in recent Liga 1 fixtures. Home advantage for PSM is offset by Arema’s attacking momentum and squad depth, while both teams manage limited injury concerns and adapt to the new season’s schedule. These balanced factors underpin trader consensus around even odds for a PSM second-half win, draw, or Arema response.
