The Korn Ferry Tour Championship at The Federal Club in Glen Allen, Virginia, serves as the 2026 season finale for the top 60 players on the points list, with the top 20 overall earning 2027 PGA Tour cards. Thirteen players have already secured cards entering the October 8-11 event, leaving seven spots contested among bubble players including Yuta Sugiura, Austin Hitt, Davis Lamb, and Caleb VanArragon, who face steep minimum-finish requirements to move inside the top 20. Recent form favors leaders like Sandy Scott, who enters on a two-event winning streak, and Ross Steelman, who holds multiple top-fives this season. The par-71 layout and high-stakes motivation for card chasers shape early-round positioning, while established performers like Ian Gilligan and Cole Hammer bring consistent recent results into a 59-player field where strong opening rounds can separate contenders for top-five placement.
