This market will resolve according to the player with the most assists in the 2025-2026 Primeira Liga season. Only assists recorded in Primeira Liga matches will count. Assists in other competitions (e.g., Taca de Portugal, Champions League, Europa League, international matches) will not count for this market. If multiple players tie for the most assists, the market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2025-26 Primeira Liga season is cancelled, postponed after June 7, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no official leader declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other” The primary resolution source will be official statistics from the Primeira Liga; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.João Carvalho’s commanding lead in the Primeira Liga assists table, with 11 provided through his attacking midfield role for Estoril Praia, underpins the overwhelming trader consensus. His consistent involvement in build-up play, combined with Estoril’s recent attacking output across the closing fixtures, has widened the gap over challengers including Francisco Trincão and Luís Esteves. Remaining matchdays offer limited opportunities for others to close the margin, though a late surge from teams still chasing European spots or an injury to Carvalho could shift momentum. The current pricing reflects the wisdom of crowds assessing these late-season dynamics and established form.
