Napoli’s commanding position in the Serie A standings, sitting second with 70-plus points and a slim lead over Juventus, Milan, and Roma with just two matchdays left, underpins the market’s strong consensus. The Azzurri’s consistent results this season, combined with a favorable final fixture against already-relegated Pisa, have solidified their edge for securing the automatic Champions League spot behind champions Inter. Juventus, AC Milan, and Roma remain within striking distance but trail on goal difference or points and face more demanding closing schedules. A late collapse by Napoli or an improbable surge from the chasing pack could still alter the outcome, though the current table and fixture list make such shifts unlikely.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
