Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate clear skies, low humidity, and northerly winds will drive Beijing's September 13 maximum to the 29–31°C range, aligning with the market's heavy weighting toward 31°C (55.5%) and 30°C (25%). This setup follows seasonal norms for mid-September, when average highs fall from late-summer peaks near 28°C toward 26°C, but persistent high pressure and dry advection have kept conditions warmer than the 1991–2020 baseline. Official resolution will hinge on the China Meteorological Administration's recorded daily maximum at the standard Beijing station, with any late-model shifts in wind or cloud cover the main variables that could nudge the outcome between the two leading bins.
