Current National Weather Service and private model consensus for Dallas on September 7, 2026, shows persistent high pressure, southerly flow, and minimal cloud cover sustaining overnight lows in the upper 70s to low 80s, well above the 1991-2020 average low of 73°F. This warm, humid pattern—driven by ongoing heat dome conditions—makes bins centered on 78–83°F the most probable resolution range according to latest guidance, while the elevated market weighting on 71°F or below likely reflects residual uncertainty from earlier seasonal outlooks or potential model spread on boundary-layer mixing. No significant frontal passages or moisture surges are expected in the next 48 hours to alter this trajectory. Traders should monitor the final NWS forecast discussion and any 00Z/12Z model updates for last-minute adjustments ahead of resolution.
