Recent National Weather Service and private forecasts for Miami on September 3, 2026, show daytime highs centered near 89–90°F under partly to mostly sunny skies, with afternoon showers and thunderstorms likely (60–80% chance) and southeast winds of 5–10 mph. These conditions, typical for early September in South Florida, support the market’s heaviest weighting on 90–91°F, as scattered convection and cloud cover often cap peak readings at or just above the climatological average of 89–90°F. Heat indices near 105°F reflect high moisture but do not alter actual air-temperature maxima. A modest secondary probability cluster at 92–93°F accounts for scenarios with delayed or lighter rainfall allowing brief additional warming. Updated model runs and official NWS briefings over the next 48 hours will refine the precise peak before the market resolves.
