**Latest official and model guidance points to a peak of 31–32 °C in Paris on 15 September 2026 under mostly clear skies and southwesterly flow.** Multiple short-range forecasts, including GFS-derived products and Met Office runs updated 14 September, converge on afternoon highs near 32 °C with dew points in the low teens and light winds favoring modest mixing. This represents a strong positive anomaly relative to the 1991–2020 average high of ~21–22 °C. Historical records show 34.3 °C as the September 15 benchmark (2020), so traders assign the bulk of probability mass to 32 °C (53.5 %) and 33 °C (26.0 %), with tail risk for 34 °C or higher remaining low (~6 %). No major model spread or rapid synoptic change has emerged in the past 24–48 hours to shift consensus away from this narrow range.

To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C.
This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
