Forecast models from the National Weather Service and other agencies indicate a daily minimum temperature in Denver on September 9 most likely in the mid-50s°F, with clear skies, light winds, and dry conditions promoting radiational cooling overnight after a high near 80°F. This aligns with the historical average low of 52°F for the date while reflecting a warmer-than-normal early-September pattern across the region. Trader sentiment clusters tightly around 56–61°F because small differences in dew points, wind speeds, or residual cloud cover can shift the minimum by a few degrees, and model ensembles show modest spread in boundary-layer cooling rates. Updated guidance on September 8–9 will refine these projections ahead of market resolution.
