Recent polling for Berlin’s September 20, 2026 Abgeordnetenhaus election shows AfD support at 16–19 percent, consistently level with or ahead of the Greens at 16–17 percent across INSA, Infratest dimap, and Civey surveys conducted in July and August. AfD gains reflect broader national momentum on immigration and security concerns, while the Greens have held relatively steady but trail both the CDU and Die Linke. In Berlin-specific trends, AfD has reached or exceeded the Greens in direct head-to-head comparisons for the first time in several recent samples, narrowing what had been a structural deficit in the capital’s more urban electorate. With the vote less than five weeks away and no major late campaign events altering the trajectory, trader pricing reflects the current polling margin favoring AfD over the Greens in final vote share.
