Recent forecasts from agencies including the Korea Meteorological Administration and international models indicate clear skies and light northerly winds over Seoul and Incheon on September 21, favoring strong daytime radiative heating and highs centered on 28°C. This aligns with the market's leading 52.5% implied probability for 28°C and 31% for 27°C, reflecting stable high-pressure conditions typical of late September that suppress cloud cover and precipitation. Minor model spreads produce the smaller 8.5% chance for 29°C, while cooler outcomes remain unlikely absent unexpected frontal activity. Updated runs over the past 24 hours have held steady, with traders weighting official maximum temperature observations at representative stations.
