Recent National Weather Service forecasts and ensemble model guidance indicate Miami's overnight low on September 7 will likely settle in the upper 70s, driven by high humidity, light winds, and widespread thunderstorm activity that limits nocturnal cooling. Persistent southerly flow and cloud cover from tropical moisture keep temperatures elevated compared to drier climatological baselines, with historical September minima rarely dipping below 75°F. Trader sentiment remains dispersed across the 76–81°F range because small shifts in steering patterns or rainfall timing could alter the exact minimum by a degree or two before resolution. Updated NWS point forecasts and the next cycle of GFS/ECMWF runs will provide the key data points traders are monitoring.
