Apple's Q2 fiscal 2026 results, with revenue of $111.2 billion (up 17% year-over-year) and EPS of $2.01 (up 22%), exceeded estimates and featured record iPhone and Services revenue, establishing the core driver behind recent AAPL price action near $291. The company authorized a new $100 billion share repurchase and raised its dividend 4% to $0.27, supporting per-share metrics amid a market capitalization reflecting AI monetization potential across 2.5 billion active devices. Q3 guidance of 14–17% revenue growth outpaced prior consensus, while analyst price targets cluster in the $300–$330 range. Traders are monitoring June's WWDC for potential Siri and AI software updates as the next catalyst before the July 30 earnings release, with implied probabilities in related contracts pricing in further upside from current levels.
