SpaceX's accelerated IPO timeline, with pricing targeted for June 11 and a Nasdaq debut as early as June 12 under ticker SPCX, stands as the key catalyst shaping trader expectations for its closing market cap. The company aims to raise about $75 billion at a $1.75 trillion valuation, a sharp increase from its recent private levels around $800 billion to $1.25 trillion following the xAI merger. Strong Starlink subscriber growth and reusable rocket reliability continue to support premium positioning in the satellite broadband and launch services markets, though analysts note risks from high capital spending and regulatory hurdles for international expansion. The upcoming roadshow starting June 4 could provide further clarity on revenue projections and competitive dynamics ahead of the listing.
