The tight clustering of implied probabilities around Bruno Fernandes, Michael Olise, and Lamine Yamal reflects their comparable profiles as primary chance creators for Portugal, France, and Spain—three sides projected to reach the knockout stages. Fernandes enters on the back of a Premier League record 21 assists, leveraging set-piece delivery and open-play vision in a squad built around sustained attacks. Olise’s recent Bundesliga and Champions League output, including high big-chance creation, positions him as France’s central wide creator in his debut World Cup. Yamal’s elite dribbling and progressive passing for tournament favorites Spain add another layer of competition, while variable factors such as minutes, team progression depth, and match-specific chance volume keep the race fluid among these and secondary options like Raphinha and Florian Wirtz.
