Recent forecast consensus from multiple models points to a daytime high of 23–24°C in Munich on September 5, driven by an approaching frontal system with westerly flow, increased cloud cover, and scattered showers that limit solar heating after Friday’s clear, 29–30°C peak. Afternoon temperatures are expected to peak near 23°C amid 60–80% rain probability and moderate humidity, keeping values close to the 21.4°C September 5 climatological average. Model runs show minor spread in maximum timing and shower intensity, which could shift the exact high by 1°C depending on whether breaks in cloud allow brief warming or persistent rain suppresses it further. Traders appear to weigh these variables heavily in the closely matched 23°C and 24°C outcomes.
