**Latest forecast models from agencies including the China Meteorological Administration and international ensembles indicate a daytime high near 30°C for Qingdao on September 20 under partly cloudy skies, light southwesterly winds shifting northerly, and low precipitation risk.** This supports the market's strong consensus on 30°C, as coastal moderation from the Yellow Sea and typical September humidity levels (around 60-70%) align with observed temperatures climbing into the upper 20s°C by afternoon. Historical September averages hover near 26°C, making today's conditions slightly above normal but within model ranges. Scenarios that could shift the outcome include greater-than-expected cloud cover suppressing insolation or stronger sea breezes keeping readings at 28°C or below; final resolution depends on official hourly observations at stations like ZSQD.
