This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2026 American League Championship Series. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2026 American League Championship Series per the rules of the MLB (e.g., they are eliminated in the playoffs), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”. If the 2026 American League Championship Series is cancelled, postponed after November 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source will be official information from Major League Baseball (https://www.mlb.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The New York Yankees lead American League futures pricing thanks to their star-laden lineup, veteran rotation depth, and recent playoff pedigree that traders view as the strongest foundation heading into 2026. Seattle Mariners sit second on the strength of their elite starting pitching and improved offensive balance after offseason adjustments, while the Texas Rangers and Tampa Bay Rays occupy the next tier through proven bullpen reliability and data-driven roster construction. Teams such as the Toronto Blue Jays and Detroit Tigers trail with lower implied probabilities reflecting transitional lineups and the need for sustained regular-season results. Overall market pricing captures the league’s competitive parity, where minor shifts in injury reports, trade-deadline moves, or early-season form could quickly reorder the hierarchy.
