Tesla shares closed at $406.43 on June 12, 2026, after rebounding from an initial dip tied to the SpaceX IPO debut earlier that week. Recent trading has centered near $390–$410 amid mixed analyst targets averaging around $404–$409 and limited near-term catalysts. Q1 2026 results showed operating income of $0.9 billion with ongoing AI and autonomy investments, while next earnings are not due until July 22. Sector dynamics, including FSD regulatory updates and EV demand signals, alongside broader equity sentiment and Treasury yields, are likely to shape implied probabilities for price thresholds that week.
