**Forecast consensus from National Weather Service and other models points to a sunny, hot day with a high near 99–100°F in Dallas on September 6, 2026, supported by southerly flow and minimal cloud cover under high pressure.** This aligns with the market’s leading 98–99°F (43%) and 100–101°F (21.5%) outcomes, as recent days have shown a warming trend from 96–97°F on the 4th to 98–99°F on the 5th amid continued subsidence and light winds. Heat indices near 105°F reflect elevated humidity but do not alter the dry-bulb maximum. With resolution imminent and models showing tight agreement on upper-90s to low-100s readings well above the 92.5°F climatological average, traders have concentrated probability in these narrow bins while discounting cooler or extreme outliers.
