Recent National Weather Service and model guidance points to sunny conditions and northerly flow supporting a high in the upper 70s for Seattle on September 9, placing the 76–79°F bins at the center of trader focus. Clear skies and light winds under high pressure favor daytime heating above the early-September climatological average near 72°F, while modest cloud cover in some runs caps the peak. Small probability spreads across adjacent bins reflect typical forecast uncertainty in maximum temperature timing and boundary-layer mixing, with new model cycles and afternoon observations likely to refine the exact value before market resolution.
