Forecast models from agencies including Taiwan's Central Weather Administration indicate mostly clear to partly cloudy conditions over Taipei on September 19, with light northeast winds, high humidity, and no significant precipitation or frontal systems to limit daytime heating. These factors support a maximum temperature centered near 32–33 °C, consistent with the market's heaviest weighting on those outcomes. Subtropical late-summer patterns and the absence of typhoon influences or stronger monsoon flow have kept recent days near or slightly above seasonal normals, while ensemble guidance shows limited upward revision potential beyond 34 °C. Traders are therefore assigning the bulk of probability to the narrow 32–33 °C range ahead of final observational confirmation.
