Recent forecasts from multiple models point to partly cloudy conditions and a 60-70% chance of showers on September 7 in Taipei, following heavy rain and suppressed highs near 26-28°C on September 5-6. This setup favors afternoon temperatures peaking near 30-32°C if cloud cover breaks, consistent with the market's leading 32°C outcome at 40.5% implied probability. Central Weather Administration guidance and ensemble runs show modest warming potential under northwest flow, though persistent moisture and variable steering patterns introduce uncertainty that could cap readings at 30-31°C or push toward 33°C. Updated short-range model guidance and official observations through September 6 will likely refine these probabilities ahead of resolution.
