Recent document disclosures from the Department of Justice, including a major January 2026 release of over three million Epstein-related records, revealed that authorities had not previously searched storage units linked to the financier. No subsequent official announcements, search warrants, or enforcement actions targeting those units have emerged through mid-2026. Ongoing congressional oversight and file transparency efforts have centered on public records rather than new physical investigations. With the year more than halfway complete and no verified developments indicating imminent raids, traders assess the probability of such an event occurring before year-end as low.
