Prices occurring during pre-market or after-hours trading will not qualify. Prices will be used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration opened an audit into the vehicle's self-certification and lack of traditional safety features, adding near-term uncertainty. Q2 2026 results showed revenue rising 26% year-over-year to $28.2 billion on record deliveries, yet margins compressed and free cash flow turned negative amid heavy AI and autonomy spending. The stock trades at an elevated valuation exceeding 300 times trailing earnings, pricing in substantial robotaxi and autonomy growth that remains unproven. Traders will monitor any follow-through commentary or data releases during the week of September 7 for signals on deployment momentum.
