Recent forecasts from the National Weather Service and major models indicate a high of 62–65°F for Seattle on September 13, driven by an incoming Pacific frontal system bringing widespread rain, southerly winds of 8–12 mph, and persistent cloud cover that limits daytime heating. These conditions contrast with the seasonal average high near 71°F, as the marine layer and precipitation suppress maximum temperatures. Trader sentiment remains split between the 62–63°F and 64–65°F bins because model runs show minor variations in timing of heaviest rain and wind gusts, which can shift the peak by a degree or two. Updated guidance expected later today could narrow the range ahead of market resolution.
