The primary driver remains sustained AI demand for high-bandwidth memory and DRAM, which fueled fiscal Q3 2026 results of $41.5 billion in revenue and 84.6% gross margins, with management guiding Q4 revenue to $50 billion at an 86% margin. Traders are positioning ahead of the September 30 fiscal Q4 earnings release, where further supply tightness and customer supply-chain agreements could reinforce or temper the bullish consensus. Market-implied odds reflect this earnings catalyst alongside macro rate expectations and sector rotation out of high-valuation tech names.
