Incumbent Democrat Maxwell Frost benefits from Florida’s 10th congressional district’s strong Democratic lean, reflected in its D+13 Cook Partisan Voting Index and consistent double-digit margins in recent cycles. The Orlando-area seat has seen limited Republican recruitment or fundraising, leaving the August 18 primary and November general contest without credible opposition. Trader consensus at 94.5 percent for Democrats incorporates the district’s partisan baseline, Frost’s incumbency advantages in name recognition and campaign resources, and the absence of late-cycle developments that might alter the race rating. Scenarios that could still shift probabilities include an unforeseen scandal, health event affecting the incumbent, or an unusually strong national Republican environment capable of overcoming the structural deficit.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
