Recent model runs for Jeddah on September 20 indicate mostly sunny skies and light westerly winds under stable high pressure, supporting maximum temperatures clustered around 36–38°C near the Red Sea coast. Slight differences among leading outcomes stem from model variations in peak afternoon heating, influenced by humidity levels near 60–70% and minor sea-breeze effects that can temper or enhance surface readings by 1–2°C. Historical September climatology for the region shows average highs near 35–37°C with low precipitation risk, aligning with the tight market distribution. Updated numerical guidance and official Saudi meteorological observations on the day will determine the precise peak.
