Forecast models from agencies like the Turkish State Meteorological Service and European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts show Ankara's September 22 high temperature likely settling near 24–25°C, reflecting the market's tight 33.5% and 31.5% implied probabilities for those outcomes. Key differentiating factors include daytime cloud cover, light northerly winds, and the city's urban heat island effect, which can add 1–2°C relative to surrounding rural areas. Recent model runs exhibit minor spread due to evolving upper-level patterns and surface moisture, typical for late-September transitional conditions when historical averages hover around 24°C. Updated high-resolution guidance expected overnight will clarify whether any strengthening southerly flow pushes readings toward 26°C or keeps them capped at 24°C.
