**Trader consensus has converged on a 13°C daily maximum for Wellington on September 10, 2026, reflecting tight agreement across official forecasts.** New Zealand MetService and international models (including GFS and ECMWF runs) project a high near 12–14°C under persistent southerly flow, cloud cover, and periods of rain, with peak readings expected mid-afternoon before cooler air arrives. Current observations from Wellington International Airport show temperatures hovering in the 9–12°C range through midday, consistent with the narrow 13°C band. Historical September climatology for the region averages 13–15°C highs, providing additional context for the positioning. Minor model spread or localized variations could shift the exact recorded maximum by 1°C, yet the overwhelming probability assigned to 13°C indicates traders view such deviations as low-likelihood given the stable synoptic pattern.
