Current forecast models from sources including the Pakistan Meteorological Department and global ensembles point to a lowest temperature near 26°C for Karachi on September 11, driven by persistent southwesterly flow off the Arabian Sea that sustains the land-sea breeze circulation and limits nocturnal cooling. This pattern aligns with late-monsoon climatology, where high humidity, moderate cloud cover, and sea surface temperatures around 27–28°C moderate extremes while typical diurnal ranges keep overnight lows in the mid-20s. Trader sentiment remains split between the 21°C-or-below and 31°C-or-higher outcomes because small shifts in wind speed, cloud thickness, or a brief land-breeze intrusion could alter the minimum by several degrees; fresh model runs and official guidance expected within 48 hours will likely clarify resolution odds ahead of the date.
