Strategy Inc. (MSTR) trades as a leveraged equity proxy for Bitcoin, with its 840,447 BTC holdings (acquired at an average ~$75,385 per coin) now showing roughly $2.4 billion in unrealized gains after Bitcoin’s recent surge above $80,000. The stock climbed more than 50% from mid-August lows near $92 to intraday peaks above $139 the prior week before pulling back 7.3% to close at $127.31 on August 28 amid Bitcoin weakness and profit-taking. Recent at-the-market sales of 18.26 million shares raised about $2 billion, bolstering a $5.1 billion USD Reserve and new liquidity pool without altering Bitcoin exposure. With the next earnings release not until late October, near-term price action will hinge primarily on Bitcoin volatility and any incremental share issuance.
