Altman defended OpenAI's for-profit restructuring, Microsoft's partnership, and rebutted Musk's claims of dishonesty, including Musk's reported demand for 90% equity control, sharpening the trial's focus on AI governance and competitive dynamics between OpenAI and xAI.
