This market will resolve to "Yes" if Valve adds sticker trade-ups to Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) by October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." For the purposes of this market, "sticker trade-ups" is defined as an officially supported in-game mechanic that allows players to combine or exchange multiple stickers to receive a higher-tier sticker. The feature must be fully implemented and accessible to all players in the live game client. If the feature is added as a limited-time, temporary, or beta mechanic that is reversed or removed within 48 hours of its introduction, this market will resolve to "No." This market will remain open for 48 hours after a qualifying feature is released. For the purpose of this market, "Valve" refers to Valve Corporation, the developer and publisher of the Counter-Strike series. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Valve; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Valve's cautious patch cadence in CS2, highlighted by the July 28, 2026 update that expanded souvenir trade-up contracts and added collection-based sticker groupings without introducing sticker trade-ups, underpins the 87.5% implied probability traders assign to "No." Community discussions and speculation around the Cologne 2026 Major have generated momentum similar to a mid-season surge, yet Valve has prioritized other economy adjustments like Ranked Series stickers and dynamic pricing over full sticker contracts. Historical precedent from slower rollouts of knife and souvenir features reinforces expectations of extended development timelines, with no confirmed roster-like changes or announcements in the past month shifting the consensus. A surprise August or September patch could alter trajectories, but current form points to continued absence through fall events.
