Recent forecasts from multiple meteorological sources, including GFS-influenced models, indicate a high temperature near 16–17°C in Helsinki on September 14, 2026, aligning with the market's leading 17°C outcome at 53.5% implied probability. Mid-September climatology features typical highs of 15.7°C amid seasonal cooling, with light southwesterly winds, partly cloudy skies, and minimal precipitation expected to limit diurnal warming or cooling. Model consensus supports stable conditions slightly above the long-term average, though small variations in cloud cover or wind could shift the daily maximum between 16°C and 18°C. Updated model runs and observational data in the next 24–48 hours will refine these projections as the event nears resolution.
