Recent cool, rainy conditions across São Paulo, driven by persistent cloud cover, high humidity near 90%, and light southerly winds, are anchoring trader focus on a modest daytime high for September 15. Multiple forecast models indicate a peak between 17–21°C amid light precipitation and limited solar heating, well below the September climatological average of 24–26°C. This setup favors the tightly clustered 19–20°C outcomes, with differentiation hinging on exact timing of any clearing, model spread in boundary-layer moisture, and official measurement protocols from agencies like INMET. Short-range updates overnight could shift probabilities if stronger mixing or reduced rainfall allows brief warming spikes.
