**Latest official forecasts from Taiwan's Central Weather Administration (CWA) and international models point to a daytime high of 29–31°C in Taipei on September 21 under partly cloudy skies, light northeast monsoon flow, and minimal precipitation risk, positioning 32°C as the market leader at 48.5% implied probability.** These conditions reflect typical late-September patterns with high pressure dominating, allowing modest daytime heating but limiting extreme warmth; recent runs show consensus around 30°C with some variability from urban heat effects or brief cloud breaks potentially pushing peaks to 32–33°C. Historical September averages near 31°C provide context, while the absence of typhoon influences or strong frontal systems keeps upside limited. Traders weigh model spreads and local observations, with resolution hinging on the official daily maximum recorded by CWA stations.
