Current National Weather Service forecasts and ensemble model guidance point to a high near 100°F for Dallas on September 9 under continued sunny skies, southerly flow, and a stable warm air mass, positioning the 100-101°F bin as the market favorite at nearly 60% implied probability. This aligns with recent daily maxima of 100-102°F amid well-above-normal September conditions, where the long-term average high is only 91.5°F. Lower odds on 98-99°F reflect minor model spread and potential for slight cooling from variable winds, while bins above 102°F remain low given limited instability or moisture for further intensification. Final observations from Dallas-Fort Worth stations will resolve the market once the day concludes.
