**Forecast models and real-time observations position 70-71°F as the leading outcome for San Francisco’s September 13 high, with market-implied odds of 63% reflecting broad trader alignment around the seasonal average of ~70.8°F.** Current conditions show sunny skies, northwest winds of 10-25 mph, and temperatures climbing through the upper 60s to low 70s by afternoon, consistent with National Weather Service and multiple forecast sources projecting a high near 68-72°F. The 68-69°F bin (32.5% implied probability) captures the lower end of the range under stronger marine-layer or sea-breeze influence, while 72-73°F (5%) accounts for modest upside if winds remain lighter. A recent heat spike (94°F on September 9) has given way to cooler onshore flow, suppressing extremes and keeping readings close to climatological norms. Resolution will depend on the official daily maximum recorded at downtown or airport stations, with no precipitation or unusual synoptic features expected to shift the outcome outside the narrow 68-72°F window.
