Trader consensus centers on a 70-71°F high for Seattle on September 18, aligning with National Weather Service point forecasts of 71-72°F under partly cloudy skies and resuming onshore flow from the southwest. A thermal trough and offshore northerly winds promoted warmer conditions through Thursday, but the shift to marine air on Friday introduces moderate cooling and morning low clouds that limit afternoon heating. Model consensus shows light winds and minimal precipitation risk, keeping temperatures near seasonal norms of about 70°F. Differentiation among the tightly grouped 68-73°F outcomes hinges on the precise timing of cloud dissipation and any localized sea-breeze effects, with final resolution depending on official observations at Sea-Tac or downtown stations.
