Current forecast models from sources like the GFS indicate Dallas will see mostly sunny skies and southerly winds on September 13, supporting afternoon highs near 98–101°F with minimal precipitation chances under 5–10%. This aligns with trader emphasis on the 98–99°F and 100–101°F bins as the closest outcomes. Key differentiating factors include subtle variations in model runs for peak heating timing, boundary-layer moisture, and wind speeds that can shift the daily maximum by a degree or two, plus the urban heat island effect amplifying readings at official stations. Historical September averages near 90°F provide context, but late-summer high-pressure patterns favor above-normal warmth; updated National Weather Service guidance and next model cycles will clarify resolution thresholds before market close.
