**Trader consensus centers on 98–101°F for Dallas’s September 6 high, with 98–99°F (49%) and 100–101°F (38.5%) as the clear leaders.** Official National Weather Service forecasts and model guidance indicate sunny skies, southeast winds of 5–10 mph, and strong daytime heating under a stable high-pressure pattern following the weakening of Tropical Depression Edouard. These conditions support afternoon maxima near 99–100°F, consistent with recent observations of 97–100°F on September 4–5. Elevated humidity will push heat indices above 105–110°F, but dry air aloft and minimal cloud cover favor the upper end of the distribution. Historical September 6 averages near 92–93°F underscore the anomaly, while the absence of significant model spread or incoming fronts keeps the probability mass tightly clustered around 99–100°F ahead of tomorrow’s resolution.
