**Forecast consensus from National Weather Service and multiple models points to a daytime high in the upper 80s to low 90s for Miami on August 30, 2026, with afternoon convection the main limiter.** Persistent easterly flow, high moisture content, and typical sea-breeze-driven thunderstorms expected after midday should cap temperatures near or just below 90°F, consistent with historical late-August norms of 87–90°F. Heat indices may reach 106°F, but actual air temperature readings determine market resolution. Recent model runs show limited spread, supporting the market’s heavy weighting toward the 90–91°F bin (48.5%) while leaving room for 88–89°F or 92–93°F outcomes depending on storm timing and coverage. Updated NWS briefings and afternoon observations tomorrow will provide the final data.
