Current ensemble forecasts from major centers show a daytime maximum near 27–28 °C for Paris on September 7 under increasing cloud cover and light westerly winds associated with an approaching Atlantic front. This pattern follows southerly flow that has supported recent warmth but is now yielding to greater cloudiness and isolated light showers, limiting insolation and surface heating. The tight market clustering around 27 °C and 28 °C reflects modest model spread on exact frontal timing and boundary-layer mixing, with historical early-September averages near 23 °C underscoring the above-normal but not extreme conditions. Fresh model guidance expected within 24 hours will clarify resolution thresholds.
