Recent official forecasts from Brazilian meteorological services and global models indicate a daily maximum of 17–19°C in São Paulo on September 17, driven by persistent cloud cover, southeasterly winds, and elevated humidity from record early-September rainfall that has suppressed insolation and kept temperatures well below the seasonal average of roughly 23–25°C. Hourly guidance shows peaks near midday or early afternoon, with limited diurnal warming expected under overcast skies. Trader consensus reflected in the leading probabilities for 18°C and 19°C aligns with this consensus range, while lower outcomes remain possible if thicker cloud decks or showers further cap the high. Updated model runs and INMET observations later today will refine the exact peak before resolution.
